Alongside my work as a director, I have developed my skills in offering private tuition as well as leading group sessions and workshops. Since 2021, I've specialised in New Writing and helping writers to develop their plays.

Dramaturgy
I love helping writers develop their plays and realise their vision. My process is centred around objective analysis and unlocking the writer's intention. Often we work together to carve out and find the best version of their work -- and the work they most of all want to write. I've received training in dramaturgy from both Sacha Wares (former Associate Director of the Royal Court) and Dominic Cooke (former Artistic Director of the Royal Court). Recently, I've worked on several shorter plays and scratch nights at venues like Southwark Playhouse and Theatre503, where I am also on the script reading panel. I've helped lead two full professional productions from page to stage, achieving full Arts Council funding in the process.

Teaching & Facilitation
Since 2020, I've run drama classes for schools. In February 2023, I became the LAMDA Drama Teacher at UCS in Hampstead, running their LAMDA clubs four times a week. I've also run drama workshops for youth groups and charities, and I lead a weekly playmaking workshop for retired adults in partnership with Open Age and the Finborough Theatre.
I've also worked as a private tutor since 2018, and can offer tuition in arts and humanities based subjects from Key Stage One up to Undergraduate level, as well as one-on-one acting coaching.
